ASA-Automatic Shredding Adjustment: the ASA system detects the amount of material present on the main conveyor of the APR machines. The flow of material directed to the screen is adjusted by automatic controls on the primary shredder. Through its differential setting, the ASA system is able to adjust the operation of the primary shredder by alternating the use of one or two shredder shafts in order to modulate the production of the machinery and maximize the efficiency of recycling.
Hybrid drive: APR 1000-2S is designed to operate with hybrid (diesel/electric) or fully electric power.
Hydraulic pushers: The patented CAMS hydraulic pushers system allows you to load large asphalt slabs directly into the primary shredder. The pushers pre-crush the larger pieces first and keep them steady on the primary shredder shaft making material processing easier. The operation of the pushers can be adjusted according to the type of input material to ensure maximum efficiency. This fully automated system can be enabled by remote control.
PLC control: PLC software developed by CAMS engineers, automates the production process and makes it simple and intuitive for the user. Automatic sequences allow the operator to start the recycling process with a button, while the software controls the operation of all the components of the plant.
